Public offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) of Ural Car Rental LLC, INN 2540160475, OGRN 1102540001431, 690074, Primorsky Territory, Vladivostok, st. Snegovaya, 34, office 205 (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”) and contains all the essential conditions for the provision of cars for rent. Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to be the submission of a rental application on the website, by telephone or at the Lessor’s office.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Lessor provides the Lessee with temporary possession and use of a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the “Car”) for the period and on the conditions agreed upon by the parties when booking, and the Lessee undertakes to accept the Car, pay for the rental and return the Car within the prescribed period.

3. Rental conditions

• The minimum age of the renter is 21 years, driving experience is at least 2 years.
• The car is provided in technically good condition, clean, with a full tank of fuel.
• The Lessee is obliged to use the Vehicle for its intended purpose and comply with traffic regulations.

4. Cost and payment procedure

The rental price is determined by the Lessor's tariffs in effect on the date of booking. Payment is made in advance. When booking, a security deposit (deposit) may be withheld, which is returned after the Car is returned if there are no claims.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Lessee undertakes to treat the Car with care, not to transfer control to third parties without the consent of the Lessor, and to return the Car in a timely manner. The Lessor undertakes to provide a serviceable Vehicle and provide support during the rental period.

6. Responsibility of the parties

For violation of the terms of the lease, the parties are liable in accordance with this Offer and the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Lessee shall compensate for damage caused to the Car due to his fault.
