General rental terms

1. Receiving a car

The transfer of the Car is formalized by an acceptance certificate, which records the condition of the Car, mileage and fuel level. The Lessee is obliged to check the Car upon receipt and report any comments.

2. Car use

• It is prohibited to use the Vehicle for driving lessons, participation in competitions, towing, or transportation of dangerous goods.
• Smoking and transportation of animals without approval is prohibited.
• Travel outside the region is only with the written consent of the Lessor.

3. Return of the car

The car is returned at the agreed date, time and place, in a clean condition, with the same fuel level. Upon return, a certificate is issued. Late returns will be charged at current rates.

4. Bail and insurance

A security deposit (deposit) is retained for the rental period, which is returned after inspection of the Car. The car is insured; the franchise and the procedure for its application are indicated when booking.

5. Limitations

Driving the Car while intoxicated or transferring control to third parties not specified in the contract entails full financial liability of the lessee and termination of the contract.
