for the processing of personal data
I, the subject of personal data, in accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data” I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Limited Liability Company “Ural Car Rental” (690074, Primorsky Territory, Vladivostok, Snegovaya St., 34, OGRN: 1102540001431, INN: 2540160475) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator, the Company), for the purpose of preparing documents for concluding a vehicle rental agreement.
List of my personal data to the processing of which I consent:
last name, first name, patronymic;
date and place of birth;
residential address;
passport data (passport series and number, when and by whom it was issued);
bank details;
contact numbers;
email address;
driver's license details.
I authorize the operator to carry out automated, as well as processing of my personal data carried out without the use of automation tools, namely:
collection;
recording;
systematization;
accumulation;
storage;
clarification (update, change);
extraction;
usage;
transfer (provision, access);
depersonalization;
blocking;
deletion;
destruction.
The validity period of this Agreement ends at the moment of concluding a rental agreement for a vehicle with Ural Car Rental LLC.
I reserve the right to revoke this consent by means of an appropriate written document, which can be sent by me to the Company by registered mail with return receipt requested, or delivered personally against signature to an authorized representative of the Company.
In the event of receiving my written application to withdraw this consent to the processing of personal data, the Company is obliged to destroy my personal data, but not earlier than the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing my personal data.
I am familiar with the rights of the subject of personal data provided for in Chapter 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
